Welcome to Across The River Counseling and Wellness in Hiram, Maine.

We are extremely grateful to have been serving our community for over 10 years.  We welcome the opportunity to help our clients meet the challenges presented by mental illnesses such as PTSD, anxiety or depression as well as trauma, loss and grief.  We also provide support for individuals struggling with addictions and/or their family members who may not be sure how to help their loved ones.

We accept MeCare, most insurances and slide a fee.

Our service area is comprised of 5 towns (Cornish, Hiram, Baldwin, Porter and Parsonsfield) and 3 counties ( Oxford, York and Cumberland) in the Sacopee Valley area.
